Creating Your Organisation
Creating a New Organisation
-
Log in to Mandraki at app.mandraki.cloud.
-
Open the organisation switcher from the user menu in the top-right corner (desktop) or the header (mobile).
-
Click Create Organization.
-
Enter your organisation’s name. This will be visible to all members and in call invitations.
-
Choose a unique slug (URL-friendly identifier) for your organisation. This is used in links and cannot be easily changed later.
-
Select the organisation type:
- Team — suitable for most companies and groups.
- Enterprise — for organisations that require domain verification and advanced governance features.
-
Click Create. You will be assigned the Owner role automatically.
Configuring Organisation Settings
After creation, navigate to Settings from the sidebar to configure your organisation.
General settings:
- Organisation display name and description.
- Default language and timezone.
Security settings:
- Configure AI policy (disabled, opt-in, or enabled).
- Set data retention periods for messages and recordings.
- Enable customer-managed encryption keys (BYOK) on supported plans.
End-to-end encryption is on the roadmap — see Enabling End-to-End Encryption for the planned workflow.
Authentication settings (planned — not yet available):
- SAML 2.0 and OIDC single sign-on are on the roadmap.
- Enforced SSO (preventing password-based login for managed users) will be available once SSO ships.
Claiming Your Email Domain
Claiming your domain ensures that employees who sign up with your company email are automatically added to your organisation.
- Go to Settings > Domains.
- Click Add Domain and enter your company domain (e.g.,
acme.com). - Mandraki will provide a DNS TXT record value.
- Add a TXT record to your domain’s DNS at
_mandraki-verification.acme.comwith the provided value. - Click Verify. Mandraki will check the DNS record and confirm ownership.
Once verified, you can enable:
- Auto-capture — new signups with your domain are added to your organisation automatically.
- Block personal signup — prevents employees from creating standalone personal accounts.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings > Members.
- Click Invite Members.
- Enter email addresses (one per line or comma-separated).
- Select the role for the invited members: Admin or Member.
- Click Send Invitations.
Invited users will receive an email with a link to join your organisation. If they do not yet have a Mandraki account, they will be guided through registration.
Next Steps
- Manage your members — assign roles, remove members, and review access.
- Set up rooms for your teams, projects, or departments.
- Configure integrations with your calendar and identity provider.
