What's in Mandraki

Everything your teams need to replace Microsoft 365, Slack and Zoom — without leaving European jurisdiction.

Core communication

Messaging, video, and scheduling — all within EU jurisdiction.

Messaging

Direct messages, channels, and threaded conversations with rich text, file sharing, and reactions.

All message data is stored and processed exclusively within EU infrastructure, keeping internal communication within European jurisdiction.

Group video calls

High-quality video meetings with up to 50 participants, including virtual backgrounds and recording.

Communication data remains exclusively within EU infrastructure, avoiding external routing of meeting content.

Screen sharing, recording & transcripts

Share your screen, a specific window, or a browser tab during meetings. Record sessions for later review, with optional automatic transcripts and summaries.

Recordings, transcripts and AI summaries are stored and processed exclusively within EU infrastructure. AI features are opt-in and auditable at the organisation level.

Calendar

Manage scheduling and availability within the same environment as your communication tools.

All calendar data is handled exclusively within EU infrastructure, keeping coordination data within European jurisdiction.

Control & ownership

Stay in control of your data, your keys, and how you collaborate.

Drive with Office-compatible editors

Store, share and collaborate on files, with our own built-in editors that are compatible with Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. No round-trips through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Files and edits are stored exclusively within EU infrastructure. Documents stay inside European jurisdiction, even when opened.

Multiple organisations

Access and manage multiple organisations from a single account with seamless context switching, while keeping data and permissions clearly separated.

Each organisation retains control over its data, with all information handled exclusively within EU infrastructure.

External collaboration

Work with external organisations through shared communication channels, without losing control over access or data ownership.

Each party retains control of its own data, with all communication handled exclusively within EU infrastructure.

Customer-managed encryption keys

Use your own encryption keys to control access to your data.

Keys can be imported, rotated, and managed without downtime, with all key handling performed within EU-controlled infrastructure.

Trust & sovereignty

European data residency and end-to-end encryption by design.

EU data sovereignty

All data processing, storage, and transmission take place on European cloud infrastructure designed for data sovereignty.

Communication data remains exclusively within European jurisdiction, reducing exposure to external data access and cross-border transfer requirements. GDPR-aligned data handling, with our privacy policy setting out how personal data is collected, used and retained.

Dedicated tenant, your cloud, or on-prem

Choose how Mandraki runs: shared multi-tenant SaaS, a dedicated single-tenant instance, your own EU cloud account, or fully on-premises behind your firewall. Same product, your operational boundary.

For organisations whose data classification or accreditation framework requires isolation beyond shared SaaS.

Owned code, audited dependencies

Mandraki's application code is built and maintained entirely by our European team. We lean on widely-audited open-source for foundational layers (Linux, PostgreSQL, mediasoup) — under permissive licenses only (MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD; no AGPL or copyleft).

No US-cloud SaaS, no proprietary third-party services, no telemetry leaving European jurisdiction.

End-to-end encryption

Messages and media are encrypted end-to-end, so only participants can access the content.

Encryption keys are generated and managed on user devices, preventing server-side access to plaintext communication.

Integration

One identity, one admin console, one audit boundary — across calls, chat, mail, calendar, drive and tasks. Not a stitched-together stack of sovereign point tools.

Single sign-on

One login covers calls, chat, mail, calendar, drive and tasks — with SAML/OIDC against your identity provider, SCIM for provisioning, and the same MFA and session policy across every surface.

Authentication runs on EU infrastructure; identity tokens never leave European jurisdiction even when the IdP is your own.

Unified search

Search messages, files, mail, calendar invites and tasks from one bar. Results respect every share boundary and access policy automatically — you only ever see what you're entitled to.

The search index lives on EU infrastructure; queries and results are never relayed through non-EU services.

Cross-app context

Schedule a meeting from a chat thread, attach a Drive file to an email in one click, turn a message into a task without losing context, share a recording into a channel. The tools are built to talk to each other, not to live in isolation.

Every cross-tool link is resolved server-side within EU infrastructure — no third-party integration broker, no external data routing.

Single admin console

One procurement contract, one DPA, one identity system, one CVE feed, one upgrade cycle. IT teams stop integrating sovereign point tools and start running one product, with dramatically lower total cost of ownership than a stitched-together stack.

Admin actions, audit logs, and the policy engine are all confined to EU infrastructure; nothing leaks to a third-party SaaS admin layer.

Your data never leaves Europe.

We're a European company running on a European cloud. No US parent, no US dependencies, no US data transfers. Code, infrastructure, ownership: it's all inside the EU.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored and processed within the European Union on European hyperscale infrastructure. We never transfer data outside the EU.

Is Mandraki compliant with GDPR?

Yes. Mandraki is built from the ground up with GDPR compliance. All infrastructure is EU-based, and how we collect, use and retain personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

What is end-to-end encryption?

End-to-end encryption means that messages and media are encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the intended recipients. Mandraki's architecture supports E2EE using the MLS protocol — this feature is being rolled out progressively.

Can I bring my own encryption keys?

Mandraki supports importing and managing your own encryption keys within EU-sovereign infrastructure. BYOK is available for enterprise customers — contact our sales team.

How does cross-organisation federation work?

Federation allows two organisations to communicate securely with bilateral approval. Both sides must agree, and permissions are granular per feature. Cross-org federation is being rolled out — contact us to learn more.

Can I migrate from non-European platforms?

Yes. We provide migration guides and tooling to help organisations transition from US-based collaboration platforms to a fully sovereign European alternative. Contact our team for a tailored migration plan.

Do I need an account to join a call?

No. If someone shares a call link with you, you can join as a guest without creating an account. Accounts are only required to host calls, use chats, and access tasks, calendar, drive, and mail.
