Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mandraki, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Mandraki on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Service description

Mandraki provides enterprise collaboration tools including video conferencing, messaging, file sharing, and screen sharing. The service is hosted within the European Union on evroc cloud infrastructure.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mandraki for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious software, to interfere with the service, or to violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and share through Mandraki. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Your data remains within the EU at all times.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for Business and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mandraki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

9. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

10. Privacy and data processing

We process personal data only when necessary to provide and improve our services.

No tracking cookies: This service does not use marketing or analytics cookies.

Server-side analytics: Operational analytics are performed exclusively on our servers for service improvement and security.

Advertising conversions: Limited, anonymised conversion data may be shared server-to-server with advertising partners for campaign measurement.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
