Delete your Mandraki account
Last updated: June 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Mandraki
account (the Mandraki collaboration app, cloud.mandraki.app) and the
personal data associated with it, what is deleted, and what is retained.
How to request deletion
Mandraki accounts are provisioned within an organisation's workspace, so you can request deletion in either of these ways:
- Ask your workspace administrator to remove your account. Your organisation's Mandraki admin can deactivate and delete your user from the workspace member settings.
- Email us directly from the address on your account and ask
us to delete it. Please include the email you sign in with.
privacy@mandraki.cloud
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days, in line with the GDPR.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data that identifies you:
- Your name and profile photo
- Your email address
- Your password and all active sign-in sessions
- Your account is deactivated and can no longer be used
What is retained, and why
Content you contributed to shared conversations — such as messages in a channel or meeting, and call participation records — is kept but anonymised: it is detached from your identity and attributed to a non-identifying placeholder (e.g. "Deleted User") so it can no longer be linked back to you. This preserves the integrity of conversations that other participants also took part in.
| Data | Treatment |
|---|---|
| Name, email, password, photo | Permanently deleted / nulled |
| Messages & call records in shared spaces | Retained but anonymised (no longer linked to you) |
| Usage / analytics events | Automatically deleted within 90 days |
| Records we must keep by law | Retained only for the legally required period, then deleted |
